All businesses must have an emergency management plan in place so workers know what to do in the event of a major incident in the work place.

If you have a staff member injured it is important to help them recover and get back to work. Contact your insurer or broker as soon as you can to get support and guidance. It is very important that you keep in touch with the injured person and support them wherever possible.
